These launch-readiness terms are operational drafts and will be replaced with counsel-reviewed text before broader launch.

Access and caps

Each drive has configured pledge minimums and caps. A pledge outside those bounds is not accepted.

Fees and billing corrections

Equipledge currently charges no fees. We validate a card to confirm you're a real person, but we never charge it under the current link-based model. If future optional fees are enabled by configuration, any billing error will be corrected.

Drive interruption

If a final adverse legal ruling prevents operation of a drive, collected funds for that drive are directed to donors' selected charities and future drives pause.

Forum and governing law

Equipledge terms are governed by the law of [NEVADA], and disputes are heard in courts located there.

Arbitration and class actions
